Experience
To say that experience is priceless is an understatement. Experience Is Everything in real estate! After all, with most of my clients, their home is the most valuable asset that they own, and having the experience to sell their home is something that just doesn't happen the day you get your real estate license. It takes years to achieve. Anybody can sell a house... eventually, but knowing how to handle every situation is priceless.	mmmm

Awards
I've been in real estate for over 20 years, and I've had a chance to achieve some pretty nice awards over the years. Awards don't mean much if I don't sell your house, but they are a good measure of past performance and how I have been a very steady performer, even in similar real estate markets. Yes I was selling real estate in the late 80's when we had a very slow market with lots of foreclosures similar to what we are seeing today.	mm mm

Sales Track Record
I've sold over a thousand homes over the past 20 years all over the Denver Metro Area. Most of the homes have been priced in the middle to upper ends of the market when they were sold, and I've sold very small condos and very large homes with the same marketing program and strategy. After all, finding the buyer is what my programs are all about, and I have the track record to prove they work!	mmmm
