Relocation services can be as easy as you wanting specialized services for your family, or a complete list of services required by your company. I've worked with many of the top relocation companies and I know what requirements they have for you. Most buyer's don't realize that relocation companies don't make their choice of agent based on the best qualified agent to do the job for you. They only choose an agents that are willing to pay them a fee. Nothing more. Relocation companies have even been known to require the agent to agree in writing not disclose that fact to you. My program works with all relocation companies, I don't, and would never, ever, enter into an agreement that would not disclose everything to you, and I'll perform my services professionally based on experience, not how much I am willing to pay a relocation company for a lead.
